Description
GSPANN is hiring an expert Business Analyst. The role involves Agile backlog management, product roadmap refinement, and aligning technology with business strategies in the Supply Chain domain. Strong analytical skills, Jira experience, and data-driven decision-making are essential.
Role and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Scrum Master, Product Analysts, and the team to participate in Program Increment (PI) Planning sessions, aligning business vision with objectives for the upcoming PI.
- Manage and refine the backlog throughout the PI, ensuring value delivery in 2-week Agile Sprints.
- Coordinate with Product Managers and Product Owners to define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
- Represent customers during sprints, prioritize tasks, and align technology solutions with business strategies.
- Take accountability for agreed-upon sprint deliverables.
- Provide customer support to technology and business partners for onboarding, adoption, and documentation.
- Measure and report the value delivered by the product team, offering regular updates to stakeholders on product priorities, delivery, and adoption.
- Contribute to the overall roadmap and maintain a prioritized backlog.
- Effectively plan, execute, and manage project schedules.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project health and delivery plan.
- Document the current processes while managing the project initiatives.
Skills and Experience
- A Bachelor's or Master’s degree (BE/BTech/MCA/MTech) with 10+ years of industry experience.
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst (BA).
- Mandatory experience in the Supply Chain Management domain.
- Expertise in Warehouse Management System (WMS) Functional, WM Automation, Integrations, RFID tagging, and Returns processing is desirable.
- Strong experience in WMS system(s) upgrade initiatives and Astro WMS is preferred.
- Good understanding Infor Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Auto store & e-manager warehouse automation solution(s) would be an advantage.
- Strong ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize product strategies effectively.
- Expertise in project management, escalation management, resource management, and managing multiple tracks at the same time.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, including user story creation, backlog management, and sprint planning.
- Deep understanding of and experience in Agile Methodologies.
